Returns

At Stylish Aura, we aim to provide the best quality products to our customers.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With original packaging and tags intact
    • Not damaged or altered

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • After processing/shipping, cancellation may not be possible

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The product is defective
    • Wrong item was delivered
